Lawrence N. Aoun, CGC

Lawrence Aoun is a highly skilled Construction and Development Manager with extensive experience in construction, project management, and real estate development. With a passion for creating exceptional spaces and a keen understanding of the development process, Lawrence has built a successful career spanning multiple sectors within the construction and real estate industries.

He has served as a Development Manager at Butters Real Estate Development, where he oversaw the development of ground-up office and industrial developments in South Florida and Fort Myers in excess of 1MM square feet. Lawrence was responsible for leading the entitlement process, collaborating with governing authorities to obtain site approvals, and leading project teams through design, construction, and tenant improvement phases. Lawrence was also responsible for managing project budgets and schedules, ensuring that each project was completed on time and within financial constraints.

Prior to working in Real Estate development Lawrence held roles at Gilbane Building Company and Miller Construction Company where he honed his skills as a Project Manager, Estimator, and Site Superintendent. He was directly involved in the construction of multimillion dollar projects in the K-12 and healthcare sectors including Parrish Community High School and Sarasota Memorial Hospital Venice Campus. During his tenure at Gilbane and Miller, Lawrence managed field operations, supervised project teams, and handled project financials, from budgeting and forecasting to change management. 

Before stepping into the construction field, Lawrence successfully acquired and managed a portfolio of residential investment properties, overseeing everything from remodeling and renovations to leasing and financial forecasting. This comprehensive background allows him to offer a unique blend of construction knowledge and real estate expertise.

Lawrence’s commitment to excellence, strong leadership skills, and attention to detail make him a trusted and reliable figure in the development and construction industries. With a focus on delivering high-quality results and fostering positive relationships with clients and team members, Lawrence continues to make an impactful contribution to every project he undertakes.

Lawrence graduated from Florida Atlantic University and is a Certified General Contractor and Licensed Real Estate Broker.
